SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We want you to receive the highest quality products so please allow up to 7 working days for baking of treats and then delivery.

We now ship to all of Europe, as well as the UK. Please note, international shipping is applicable for orders up to 2kg and on accessories/apparel products only, not treats. Thank you!

MISSING ORDERS

We are not responsible for any delays or missing orders once your order has been dropped off with the Post Office - Royal Mail will be responsible. If your order has been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address, we will be able to re-send this out to you, but you will be liable to re-pay the postage cost and provide a reliable address for re-delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, so you have 14 days to send your return at your own cost after receiving your order. We recommend you use a tracking service to ensure your order arrives back with us safely. 

​

To be eligible for a refund on your pet treats, they must be in the same condition that you received them, with all treats in their original packaging. We would need to see the issue in order to be able to offer a replacement or refund. 

​

To be eligible for a refund on any of the walking essentials apparel, then the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them and all tags must be still intact on the product. If the tag has been removed then unfortunately we will be unable to process a refund. Any wearable item must not have been worn, washed or used in any way, otherwise you will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to return any unwanted items and request a refund and make a separate purchase for the new items.

Faulty items
Please inspect the item(s) upon receiving your order and get in touch with us immediately via email if the item is defective or damaged. We will then gather further information from you so that we can assess the situation and make it right. 

​

Non-returnable items 
We do not offer returns or refunds on personalised items such as personalised treat bags or bowls. Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you have purchased an item that at a later date goes on sale after 24-hours from your order, we unfortunately cannot apply the new discounted price. However, if you place an order and a sale is offered on your particular item(s) ordered, then we would be happy to offer a refund and you can then place a new order with the sale price.

Gift Cards 

Our e-Gift Cards can be purchased for yourself or someone else. Gift cards expire 24 months from purchase. No refunds can be issued to the gift card purchaser.

Refunds 
We will email you once we have received and inspected your returned items, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any additional postage costs if necessary. Please remember it can take a few working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, so please be patient!
